Any and all returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving item(s). For an item to be accepted as a return the item must be in unused condition with the tags still on the item or the item’s packaging. If you have a question about an item or you have issues with an item, please call and speak with a manager.
Items that will not be accepted as a return are:
Any tires that have been mounted
All goggles, lenses, roll offs, and tear offs must be inspected before a refund will be given. Any problems with these items will make them non-returnable. Ex.scratches, used in any way, unrolled, ect….
If the problem with the item is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible to pay return shipping.
All sale items are final
During the Christmas season, items purchased between Nov.1 and Dec. 24 the 30 day return period will begin on Dec.25.
We can refuse to accept a return at anytime. We are very flexible but if the customer is continuously returning items (Ex. 3+ a month) we can stop accepting returns from any customer, due to their excessive use of our return policy.
